A cross-functional hub & spoke team, consisting of core roadmap team and agile execution squads was set up to deliver the desired business outcomes.
Our team designed and developed the modern data platform using framework based cross-channel data ingestion, automated approach towards data quality, and event-driven data flows. The data platform was built using data mesh principles to manage each data domain as an independent service. For product domain, we empowered users with open-source data catalog to discover product profiles and rolled out open API’s for recommendation and product listing.
