By way of measurement and analytics, our client’s unique offering provides a comprehensive view of consumerism to 100’s of global retailers and CPG manufacturers. They do this through 65+ tailored reports and dashboards each of which required ~9 man-days to customize every time they on-boarded a new client. This resulted in high operational costs, manual errors, dissatisfied customers and delay in roll-out of new features and enhancements.
The Solution
Infocepts designed and developed a solution that automated reports and dashboard generation using Robotic Process Automation techniques. Our solution analyzes requirements provided by business users and converts them automatically into business intelligence reports. It involved standardizing the process of requirements intake, requirements analysis, report generation and automated. Infocepts supported this initiative end-to-end from defining the process workflow, tool selection, building the automation workflows to sustaining the initiative by automating more and more repeatable scenarios to improve the ROI.
