Our Pandemic-Proof Approach for Onboarding Analysts in 2020

With just about everything else, COVID-19 put a wrinkle in our plans for onboarding new analysts. As we all transition to remote work, we also optimized our existing onboarding programs for a now virtual audience. We had to tackle the challenge of delivering the knowledge and skills which our new hires need for a successful career.

InfoCepts Learning Strategies surpassed the regional boundaries and technologies delivering high value and embracing the new learn from home normal ensuring a great learning experience. We were able to conduct our entire 2-months boot camp program through innovative learning methods like online courses, self-paced e-learnings and Instructor-led virtual sessions using WebEx and Microsoft Teams.

During this time, our boot campers learned various technologies in-depth not limited to but including SQL, DWH, ETL, Big Data, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, Angular, Quality Assurance, Testing and Data Visualization. Elements of behavioral and business domain were also introduced to them.
