Our client mainly uses this dashboard for budgeting and variance analysis on various sectors like consumer banking, treasury and wholesale banking. The dashboard also shows financial performances based on the revenue, cost, income, profit and other expenses which help the management in taking informed decisions.  

 Challenges

• There was no way to compare a time series of financial data 
• No insight on financial statistics to see how they vary from one year against the performance of another
