Monitoring key indicators of Parkinson progression and diagnosis

Parkinson’s disease is a progressive nervous system disorder that affects movement. Symptoms start gradually, sometimes starting with a barely noticeable tremor in just one hand. Tremors are common, but the disorder also commonly causes stiffness or slowing of movement. . The dashboard provides a Demographic Survey, Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) Survey, Parkinson’s disease Questionnaire-8 (PDQ-8) Survey results to analyze the Health condition of the patients. 

Challenges 

• Unable to track age wise health condition and Activities 
• There is no insights to track motor and non-motor symptoms associated with Parkinsons 
• Unable to measure the Overall Health Status of the Patients

Solution 

 Our solution enabled the following capabilities to address customer challenges : 

• Provided the Demographic  survey results to calculate the Patient’s count affected by Parkinsons based on Gender  
• Ability to view the motor and non-motor symptoms like confused, depressed, speech, Eating Utensils, Feet stuck, Shaking or tremor, Balance & Walking and Personal Hygiene associated with Parkinsons using Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) Survey 
• Ability to view  Overall Health Status by using Parkinson’s disease Questionnaire-8 (PDQ-8) Survey 
•  Analysis to find the age wise  Good Health and bad health % and Activity survey provide the activity of the Patients by tapping, Memory and Walking
